You can use freehand drawing, highlight text, add sticky notes, place shape overlays (rectangles, circles, arrows), and add stamps like "Approved" or "Revision Needed." All annotations are saved as a separate layer, so your original document remains untouched.

Yes. The Rivo PDF Editor supports real-time collaboration. Invite team members via email, and everyone can annotate simultaneously. Each user's changes are color-coded and tracked with timestamps. You can also use threaded comments for discussions directly on the document.

The annotator works with standard PDF files, CAD-exported PDFs (from AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), and scanned PDFs. For scanned documents, our built-in OCR engine recognizes text so you can highlight and search within the document. We support files up to 500 MB.
